Astro Njoi, servis TV satelit tanpa langganan bulanan dan kontrak daripada Astro. Hanya dengan bayaran sekali gus (one off) sebanyak RM180 dan RM100 untuk pemasangan, anda akan memiliki satu unit piring satelit luar rumah (dekoder), kad pintar, alat kawalan jauh serta 19 saluran TV dan 20 stesen radio daripada Astro.

Antara saluran yang termasuk dalam Astro Njoi ialah saluran pendidikan berkualiti seperti Astro Tutor TV UPSR, PMR and SPM, serta lain-lain saluran hiburan dan maklumat seperti Astro Prima, Astro Oasis, Astro Awani, Bernama TV, Astro AEC, Jia Yu, Astro Xiao Tai Yang, CCTV4, Makkal TV, Astro Vaanavil, TVi, iView, TV1, TV2, TV3, TV9dan 20 saluran radio.

Perkhidmatan Njoi, yang boleh didapati di seluruh negara, menyampaikan kualiti Astro dan pilihan dalam pengaturcaraan secara percuma, dan merupakan satu langkah yang penting untuk Astro untuk kekal sebagai pilihan pelanggan hiburan rumah.

Anda boleh mendapat lebih banyak saluran denagan melanggan pakej PRABAYAR Astro Njoi. Pakej Prabayar ini membolehkan pelanggan Njoi menikmati saluran tambahan di samping saluran yang sedia ada pada Njoi.

2. What is Njoi? 

Launched in December 2011, Njoi is Malaysia’s first subscription-free satellite TV service. Njoi gives consumers in Malaysia access to quality education, information and entertainment including sports and music on 19 TV and 20 radio channels with no monthly subscription. 2 Options:

• DMT Boxes (New Set)

Njoi is available at a one-time payment of RM308 with RM100 for installation. It will include:

a) 1 NJOI Decoder

b) 1 Remote Control Unit

c) 1 Outdoor satellite dish

d) 1 Smart Card        

e) 2 Prepaid Vouchers **

**Chinese customers get 2 Chinese Movies and Dramas Prepaid Vouchers.

**Non-Chinese customers get 2 Mustika Prepaid Vouchers

**All prepaid vouchers will be activated within 48 hours of NJOI account activation

• Refurbished DMT

Njoi is also available at a one-time payment of RM180* with RM100 for installation. It will include:

3. What is Prabayar Njoi all about?

Prabayar Njoi is Malaysia’s FIRST prepaid satellite television service. It is a pay-as-you watch service and is now available to all Njoi customers nationwide. With Prabayar Njoi, Njoi customers have the option to access new additional channels, on top of the existing 18 TV and 19 radio channels, in accordance with their viewing and budget needs.

4. What are the channels currently available on the prepaid packages?

The introduction of Prabayar Njoi will allow Njoi customers to enjoy new additional channels, which are available on three (3) new prepaid packages. These include the Mustika Pek (Astro Citra, Astro Warna, Astro Bella), Indo Pek (Bintang and Pelangi) and Chinese Movies And Dramas Pek (Celestial Movies, TVB Xing He, AstroXuang Xing).

5. Please explain why there are only three (3) prepaid channel packages available for Njoi customers?

In conjunction with the launch, Njoi customers now have the option to access three (3) additional prepaid packages. Also, Njoi customers can look forward to more prepaid packages with exiting new channels in the near future. We will make the necessary announcement should there be any new prepaid packages.

6. Can I purchase my preferred channels individually (ala carte) from the current prepaid packages?

We have taken previous requests for a prepaid service seriously and we have now introduced Prabayar Njoi – a pay-as-you watch service for all our Njoi customers. While we understand the value customers see in purchasing their preferred channels individually, the bundling of channels drives the economies of scale necessary to offer content at an affordable price to all our customers

7. Why are there no Indian prepaid packages or channels currently available for Njoi customers?

As a start, Njoi customers have the option to access three (3) additional new prepaid packages. However, Njoi customers can look forward to more prepaid packages with exiting new channels in the near future. We will make the necessary announcement should there be any new prepaid packages.

8. Do any of the existing prepaid packages offer sports coverage or content to Njoi customers? If not, will such content be made available via Prabayar Njoi?

Sports content is an important content which we aspire to make available to all Malaysians. While there are currently no prepaid packages or channels for Sports content on the Njoi platform, the broadcast of major local and international sporting events such as the recent UEFA EURO 2012, will be made available to all NJOI customers at no extra cost. We will make the necessary announcement should there be any new prepaid packages.

9.  How many channels are currently available on Njoi?

Njoi gives consumers in Malaysia access to quality education, information and entertainment including sports and music on 19 TV and 20 radio channels with no monthly subscription.

With the launch and introduction of Prabayar Njoi prepaid service, Njoi customers have the option to access more channels, on top of the existing 39 TV and radio channels, in accordance with their needs, wants and most importantly, budget.

11. How much does it cost to purchase the Njoi service?

12. If I am an Astro customer, will I be able to enjoy the prepaid services on my Astro decoder? 

Unfortunately, Prabayar Njoi is only available to Njoi customers.

13. Why is Prabayar Njoi only available to Njoi customers and not to Astro customers as well?

We understand the need to offer a variety of services to meet the diverse needs and wants of our customers. With Njoi and Prabayar Njoi, customers can enjoy subscription-free satellite TV as well as pay-as-you watch services at an affordable price with no recurring subscription fees or contractual obligations. On the other hand, Astro customers can experience the latest premium services including PVR, HD, 3D as well as Astro On the Go.
